VPI Action. After receiving the Review Committee’s recommendation, the VPI shall approve, continue or deny the applications by May 1 of the academic year of the submission of the application. The VPI shall only approve those applications that meet all of the eligibility requirements set 30 | P a g e forth above and have been recommended for Tier 3 designation by the Review Committee.
