Voting Procedures to Address Lack of Unanimity. When it appears likely that the Coordination Committee will not be able to come to unanimous decision on any matter upon for which a unanimous decision is required, upon a majority vote of a quorum of the Coordination Committee, the matter may be subjected to the following additional procedures.
