Voting and Other Consensual Rights. Except to the extent otherwise provided in Section 6.06(d) hereof, Pledgor shall be entitled to exercise any and all voting and other consensual rights pertaining to the Collateral or any part thereof for any purpose not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or the Indenture or any other Collateral Document.
