Common use of Voluntary Termination Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Termination. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at any time during the Term by delivering to the Company a Notice of Termination 30 days in advance of the date of termination (a “Voluntary Termination”). For purposes of this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination shall not include a termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement in accordance with the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreement.

Voluntary Termination. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at any time during the Term of this Agreement by delivering a delivery to the Company Wintrust of a Notice of Termination 30 written notice at least 60 days in advance of the date termination date. If Executive voluntarily terminates employment prior to the expiration of termination (a “Voluntary Termination”). For purposes the Term of this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination any and all of Wintrust’s obligations under this Agreement shall terminate immediately except for Wintrust’s obligations contained in Section 9(a) hereof. For purposes of this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination shall not include a termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement ii) any other benefits in accordance with the terms of any applicable plans and programs of the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination voluntary termination under this Section 5.6 shall not be considered deemed a breach or other violation of this Agreement.

The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at any time during the Term by delivering to the Company a Notice of Termination 30 at least 90 days in advance of the date of termination (a “Voluntary Termination”). For purposes of this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination shall not include a termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement in accordance with the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination in compliance with this Section 4.6 shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreement. The Company may shorten the notification period under this Section 4.6 by terminating the Executive for Cause. If the Executive’s employment is terminated under this Section 4.6, no further compensation will be due the Executive except for the Executive’s unpaid Base Salary owed through the employment termination date.

Voluntary Termination. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at the Employment Term upon 30 days' prior written notice for any time during reason. For purposes of such termination, no further payments shall be due under this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination except that the Executive shall not include a termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement be entitled to any benefits accrued and due in accordance with the terms of any applicable benefit plans and programs of the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreement.

Voluntary Termination. In the event the Executive terminates his employment voluntarily, prior to the expiration of the Term of this Agreement (provided that the Executive’s refusal to mutually agree to renew the Term pursuant to paragraph 4 shall not be deemed a voluntary termination by the Executive), Executive shall receive the Base Salary through the termination date, any Bonus payments earned and not yet paid, benefits accruing up to the date of the termination date and reimbursement of expenses incurred by the Executive on behalf of Company. A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreement.

A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreement.

(i) The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at any time during the Term at any time, which shall be effected by delivering to giving the Company a Notice of Termination 30 days in advance written notice of the date of termination (a “Voluntary Termination”). For purposes of this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination shall not include a termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement in accordance with the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreementsuch termination.

Voluntary Termination. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his the Executive’s employment at for any time during the Term by delivering to the Company a Notice of Termination 30 days in advance of reason or no reason, with prior written notice (which voluntary termination notice shall specify the date of termination which shall be no less than thirty (a “Voluntary Termination”30) days following the date of delivery of such notice, or such earlier date as the Company may choose for such termination at any time after receipt of such notice). For purposes In such event (other than a resignation with Good Reason), after the effective date of such termination, no payments shall be due under this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination except that the Executive shall not include a termination of be entitled to the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement in accordance with the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this AgreementAccrued Obligations.

In such event, after the Term by delivering to the Company a Notice of Termination 30 days in advance of the effective date of termination (a “Voluntary Termination”). For purposes of such termination, no payments shall be due under this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination except that the Executive shall be entitled to any amounts earned, accrued and owing but not include a termination yet paid to Executive under this Agreement and any benefits accrued and due under any applicable benefit plans and programs of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement in accordance with the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreement.

Voluntary Termination. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at with the Company upon 30 days prior written notice. In the event such voluntary termination is without Good Reason, the Company shall be released from any time during and all further obligations under this Agreement, except that, so long as the Term by delivering Executive continues to perform his duties in accordance with this Agreement, the Company shall be obligated to pay the Executive the Salary, Benefits and reimbursable expenses owing to the Company a Notice of Termination 30 days in advance of Executive through the date of such termination (a “Voluntary Termination”such period not to exceed 30 days from the date of notice). For purposes of this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination shall not include a termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement in accordance with the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreement.

Voluntary Termination. The Executive may voluntarily terminate the Term and his employment hereunder without Cause or without Good Reason at any time during by providing the Company with ninety (90) days written notice of his resignation. Any termination of the employment of the Executive hereunder by resignation (or other voluntary action of the Executive), or by the Executive’s or Company’s decision not to extend the Term by delivering to the Company a Notice of Termination 30 days in advance for any of the date of termination Renewal Periods (as outlined in Paragraph 1(a)), shall be deemed to be a “Voluntary Termination.”). For purposes of this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination shall not include a termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement in accordance with the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreement.

For purposes of this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination shall not include a termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or resignation for Good Reason, but no further payments shall include voluntary termination upon retirement be due under this Agreement, except that Executive shall be entitled to any benefits accrued and due in accordance with the terms of any applicable benefit plans and programs of the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreement.

For purposes of this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination shall not include a termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement in accordance with the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreementsuch termination.

Voluntary Termination. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at the Employment Term upon 30 days' prior written notice for any time during reason. In such event, after the Term by delivering to the Company a Notice of Termination 30 days in advance of the effective date of termination (a “Voluntary Termination”). For purposes of such termination, no further payments shall be due under this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination Agreement except that Executive shall not include a termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement be entitled to any benefits due in accordance with the terms of any applicable plan and programs of the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination , and unless Executive has completed three years of service, no Special Retirement Benefit shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreementdue under Section 1.5.

Voluntary Termination. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at for any time during the Term by delivering reason effective upon 60 days' prior written notice to the Company, unless such notice requirement is waived by the Company a Notice of Termination 30 days (in advance of which case the Company shall notify Executive in writing as to the effective date of termination (a “Voluntary Termination”termination). For purposes of this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination shall not include a termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement in accordance with the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreement.

Voluntary Termination. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at any time during the Term by delivering a delivery to the Company Wintrust of a Notice of Termination 30 written notice at least 60 days in advance of the date termination date. If Executive voluntarily terminates employment prior to the expiration of the Term, any and all of Wintrust’s obligations under this Agreement shall terminate immediately, except for Wintrust’s obligations contained in Section 9(a) hereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, termination (a “Voluntary Termination”). For purposes of employment shall not affect the obligations of Executive that, pursuant to the express provisions of this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination shall not include a termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement continue in accordance with the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreementeffect.

Voluntary Termination. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at any time during the Term of this Agreement by delivering a delivery to the Company Employer of a Notice of Termination 30 written notice at least 60 days in advance of the date termination date. If Executive voluntarily terminates employment prior to the expiration of termination (a “Voluntary Termination”). For purposes the Term of this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination any and all of the Employer's obligations under this Agreement shall terminate immediately except for the Employer's obligations contained in Section 9(a) hereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, termination of employment shall not include a termination affect the obligations of Executive that, pursuant to the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement in accordance with the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation express provisions of this Agreement, continue in effect.

The Executive may voluntarily terminate his the employment relationship at any time upon 90 days' written notice to the Company, except that such notice does not have to be provided in the event Executive terminates his employment for Good Reason. In the event that Executive's employment with the Company is voluntarily terminated during the Employment Term by delivering Executive, Executive shall not be entitled to the Company a Notice of Termination 30 days in advance of the date of termination (a “Voluntary Termination”). For purposes of any additional payments or benefits under this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination shall not include a termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement in accordance with the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreementthan relocation costs as provided herein.

Voluntary Termination. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at any time during the Term by delivering to with the Company a Notice of Termination 30 days in advance of the date of termination for any reason or no reason (a “Voluntary Termination”) upon giving the Company not less than thirty days’ written notice in advance of any proposed Date of Termination (as defined in Paragraph 4(g). For purposes of this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination shall not include a termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement in accordance with the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreement).

A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreement.

Voluntary Termination. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at the Employment Term upon 30 days' prior written notice for any time during reason. For purposes of this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination shall not include a termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement extent vested pursuant to Section 1.5 and any benefits due in accordance with the terms of any applicable plan and programs of the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreement.

Voluntary Termination. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at any time during the Term by delivering to with the Company a Notice of Termination upon 30 days in advance prior written notice. Upon the Executive’s voluntary termination of his employment, Company shall have no further obligation to pay any salary to Executive after the effective date of such termination; and Executive’s employee benefits shall cease effective as of the date of termination (a “Voluntary Termination”). For purposes of this Agreement, a Voluntary Termination shall not include a termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or for Good Reason, but shall include voluntary termination upon retirement in accordance with the Company’s retirement policies. A Voluntary Termination shall not be considered a breach or other violation of this Agreementhis employment.

Voluntary Termination.
