Common use of Voluntary Termination Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Termination. Executive may voluntarily terminate Executive’s employment for any reason upon 30 days’ prior written notice. In such event, after the effective date of such termination, except as provided in Section 2.2 with respect to a resignation for Good Reason, no further payments shall be due under this Agreement, except that Executive shall be entitled to any benefits accrued in accordance with the terms of any applicable benefit plans and programs of the Company.

Voluntary Termination. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at any time during the Term by delivering to the Company a Notice of Termination 30 days in advance of the date of termination (a “Voluntary Termination”). In such event, after the effective date of such termination, except as provided in Section 2.2 with respect to a resignation for Good Reason, no further payments shall be due (including early retirement under this Agreement, except that Executive shall be entitled to any benefits accrued in accordance with the terms of any applicable benefit plans and programs of the Company's retirement plans as in effect from time to time), provided that any termination by the Executive pursuant to Section 6(d) on account of Good Reason (as defined therein) shall not be treated as a voluntary termination under this Section 6(b).

In such event, after the effective date of such termination, except as provided in Section 2.2 with respect to a resignation for Good Reason, no further payments shall be due (including early retirement under this Agreement, except that Executive shall be entitled to any benefits accrued in accordance with the terms of any applicable benefit plans and programs of the Company's retirement plans as in effect from time to time), provided that any termination by the Executive pursuant to Section 6(d) on account of Good Reason (as defined therein) shall not be treated as a voluntary termination under this Section 6(b).

Voluntary Termination. In this event, except as provided in Section 2.2 with respect the Company will pay any earned, but unpaid, Base Salary to a resignation for Good Reasonwhich Executive is entitled through the date of termination within thirty (30) days of the date of termination, no further payments shall be due and the Company’s obligations under this Agreement, except that Agreement will then cease. The Executive shall will not be entitled to any benefits accrued annual incentive award under the Incentive Plan for the year in accordance with the terms of any applicable benefit plans and programs of the Companywhich he terminates his employment.

Voluntary Termination. Executive may voluntarily terminate Executive’s his employment for with the Company at any reason time upon 30 days’ forty five (45) days prior written notice. In such event, after the effective date of such termination, except as provided in Section 2.2 with respect to a resignation for Good Reason, which no further payments shall compensation of any kind or severance payment will be due payable under this Agreement, except that Executive shall be entitled to any benefits accrued in accordance with the terms of any applicable benefit plans and programs of the Company.

Voluntary Termination. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, whether express or implied, Executive may voluntarily terminate at any time Terminate Executive’s employment for any reason upon 30 days’ by giving the Company fourteen (14) days prior written notice. In such event, after notice of the effective date of such termination, Termination. In such eventWithin ten days after the Termination Date, Executive shall receive payment for all accrued salary through the Termination Date and the Earned Benefits, after the effective date of such termination, except as provided in Section 2.2 with respect to a resignation for Good Reason, which no further payments shall compensation of any kind or severance payment will be due payable under this Agreement, except that Executive shall be entitled to any benefits accrued in accordance with the terms of any applicable benefit plans and programs of the Company.

In such event, after the effective date of such termination, except as provided in Section 2.2 with respect to a resignation for Good Reason, which termination no further payments shall compensation of any kind or severance payment will be due payable under this Agreement, except that Executive shall be entitled to any benefits accrued in accordance with the terms of any applicable benefit plans and programs of the Company.

Voluntary Termination. Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment with the Company at any time, after which no further compensation will be paid to Executive’s employment for . To permit the Company to make arrangements to fill the vacancy created by Executive's departure, Executive agrees to give the Company thirty (30) days advance notice of any reason upon 30 days’ prior written noticeintended resignation. In such eventthe event Executive voluntarily terminates his employment, after the effective date of such termination, except as provided in Section 2.2 with respect to a resignation for Good Reason, no further payments shall be due under this Agreement, except that Executive shall he will not be entitled to severance pay, pay in lieu of notice or any other such compensation, but he will be entitled to all compensation, benefits and un-reimbursed expenses accrued in accordance with through the terms date of any applicable benefit plans and programs of the Companytermination.

Voluntary Termination. Executive may voluntarily terminate Executive’s his employment for any reason upon 30 sixty (60) days’ prior written noticenotice or by sending a notice of non-renewal of this Agreement to the Company, as described in Section 1.1. In any such event, after the effective date of such termination, except as provided in Section 2.2 2.1 with respect to a resignation for Good Reason, no further payments shall be due under this Agreement, except that Executive shall be entitled to any benefits accrued and due in accordance with the terms of any applicable benefit plans and programs of the Company.

In such eventevent (other than a resignation with Good Reason), after the effective date of such termination, except as provided in Section 2.2 with respect to a resignation for Good Reason, no further payments shall be due under this Agreement, except that Executive shall be entitled to any benefits accrued in accordance with the terms of any applicable benefit plans and programs of the Company.
