A JRPT may recommend that different entitlements be made available to employees volunteering to be surplus. e) The exchange of employees arising out of the application of these provisions is subject to the approval of the IESO. The decision to approve (or disapprove) will be on the basis of further disruption to the work of the affected work unit.
