The provisions of this Section 7.4 shall not apply to Executive’s resignation for Good Reason.

All other Company obligations to Executive pursuant to this Agreement will become automatically terminated and completely extinguished upon termination of employment. In addition, Executive will not be entitled to receive any other Severance Benefits described in Section 7.2, above. The provisions of this Section 7.4 shall not apply to Executive’s resignation for Good Reason.,

The provisions of this Section 7.4 shall not apply to Executive’s resignation for Good Reasonsubsection 7.2(a) above or subsection 7.4(a) below.

All other Company obligations to Executive terminated pursuant to this Agreement will become automatically terminated and completely extinguished upon termination of employmentSection 8(d), the Company shall have no further obligation to Executive except for Accrued Obligations, which shall be paid in accordance with Section 8(a), provided that he shall have sixty (60) days from such resignation to exercise any vested stock options.
