Common use of Voluntary Reassignment Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Reassignment. a. Subject to the provisions of Article 7, Section 7.3, and Article 8, Section 8.24, a unit member requesting reassignment shall be invited for an interview to the extent that a vacancy for which they are qualified exists and there is no conflict with the best interests of the school system.
