Voluntary Reassignment Procedure Clause Samples
The Voluntary Reassignment Procedure clause outlines the process by which an employee or party may request to be reassigned to a different position or role within an organization. Typically, this clause specifies the steps required to initiate a reassignment, such as submitting a formal request, meeting eligibility criteria, and obtaining necessary approvals from management. By establishing a clear and structured method for voluntary reassignment, the clause helps ensure transparency and fairness in internal mobility, while also addressing the needs of both the organization and its members.
