Common use of Voluntary Prepayment of the Loans Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Prepayment of the Loans. (a) The Borrower may, if it gives the COFACE Agent not less than twenty (20) Business Days’ (or such shorter period as the Majority Lenders may agree) prior notice, prepay the whole or any part of the Loans (but, if in part, being an amount that reduces the amount of the Loans by a minimum amount of US$1,000,000). The Borrower may make a prepayment in accordance with this Clause 7.11 on a Repayment Date.
