Common use of Voluntary prepayment of Loan Clause in Contracts

Voluntary prepayment of Loan. 6.11.1 The Borrower may prepay the whole or any part of the Loan (but, if in part, being in a minimum amount of five million Dollars ($5,000,000) such amount to be in integral multiples of five million Dollars ($5,000,000) or such other amount as may be agreed by the Facility Agent) provided that it gives the Facility Agent not less than thirty (30) days’ prior written notice.
