VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) A Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) between the Council of the City of Sydney and AM Darlinghurst Investment Pty Ltd ACN 633 798 384 shall be drafted, exhibited, executed and submitted to Council in accordance with the Public Benefit Offer dated 10 September 2021. (b) A guarantee must be provided to Council in accordance with the Voluntary Planning Agreement.
