STAGED DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION. Pursuant to Clause 100 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, this Notice of Determination relates to a Stage 1 development application for demolition, excavation, land remediation, civil works, public domain works, concept building envelopes, and concept uses only. A subsequent Stage 2 development application or applications are required for any built form of the development.
