VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) The Voluntary Planning Agreement between the COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SYDNEY and DEICORP PROJECTS (JOYNTON AVE) PTY LTD, that delivers public benefits associated with the approved development is publicly exhibited, executed and submitted to Council; and (b) The Voluntary Planning Agreement, as executed, must be registered on the title of the land. To ensure that awnings are appropriately maintained.
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) That a Voluntary Planning Agreement in accordance with the public benefit offer made by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ PTY LTD AND RED BREAST PTY. LIMITED dated 2 June 2021, be exhibited, executed and submitted to Council; and (b) The guarantee must be provided to Council in accordance with the Voluntary Planning Agreement; and (c) The Voluntary Planning Agreement, as executed, must be registered on the title of the land.
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) A Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) between the Council of the City of Sydney and AM Darlinghurst Investment Pty Ltd ACN 633 798 384 shall be drafted, exhibited, executed and submitted to Council in accordance with the Public Benefit Offer dated 10 September 2021. (b) A guarantee must be provided to Council in accordance with the Voluntary Planning Agreement. (c) The Voluntary Planning Agreement, as executed, must be registered on the title of the land for folio identifier 2/815188, commonly known as ▇▇▇-▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) The Voluntary Planning Agreement between the Council of the City of Sydney and Ozimex International Pty Ltd and Marina Royal Pty Ltd which was placed on public exhibition between 15 October 2019 and 13 November 2019 shall be executed and submitted to Council; and (b) The guarantee must be provided to Council in accordance with the Voluntary Planning Agreement; and (c) The Voluntary Planning Agreement, as executed, must be registered on the title of the land.
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) That a Planning Agreement in accordance with the public benefit offer made by SJB Planning on behalf of Crown W48 Pty Ltd be executed and submitted to Council; and (b) The Planning Agreement, as executed, must be registered on the title of the relevant parcels of land in accordance with the Planning Agreement. (A) Evidence that will sufficiently enable Council to be satisfied as to those matters identified in deferred commencement conditions, as indicated above, must be submitted to Council within 24 months of the date of this determination of this deferred commencement consent failing which, this deferred development consent will lapse pursuant to Section 95(6) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979; (B) The consent will not operate until such time that the Council notifies the Applicant in writing that deferred commencement consent conditions, as indicated above, have been satisfied; and (C) Upon Council giving written notification to the Applicant that the deferred commencement conditions have been satisfied, the consent will become operative from the date of that written notification, subject to the following conditions of consent and any other additional conditions reasonably arising from consideration of the deferred commencement consent conditions:
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) A voluntary planning agreement (as per the public benefit offer dated 19 June 2019) between the owner of the site and the Council of the City of Sydney shall be executed and submitted to Council; and (b) The voluntary planning agreement, as executed, must be registered on the title of the land.
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. The Planning Proposal was accompanied by letter of offer to enter into a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) to provide the following contributions: • Dedication of 5% of the residential yield to affordable housing in accordance with Council’s Affordable Housing Policy 2013 (or provision of a monetary contribution to go towards affordable housing); and • Monetary Contribution for the provision of community infrastructure at a rate of $15,100 per net additional dwelling. Depending on the final design and approval process, this may equate to approximately $3.1-$3.3 million. On 26 October 2020, Council considered a report on this offer and resolved to endorse, in principle, the offer for the purposes of public exhibition. The detailed terms of the offer were subsequently resolved and the draft VPA was exhibited concurrently with the draft DCP. Council has recently been advised that the sites have been sold to a new land-owner. Should Council resolve to enter into the VPA it would need to be updated to reflect the new ownership details. The new owners have informally indicated a willingness to enter into the VPA and deliver on its commitments.
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. This consent is subject to a Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) in accordance with Section 7.4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979, between the Council of the City of Sydney Council and 888 Place Pty Ltd referred to in Deferred Commencement Condition (1) in Schedule 1 of this development consent. The terms of the VPA must be complied with in any subsequent detailed design development application or applications.
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) This consent is subject to a Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) between the Council of the City of Sydney and Stormac Pty Limited which was placed on public exhibition between 14 May 2018 and 11 June 2018 and shall be executed and submitted to Council (b) The guarantee must be provided to Council in accordance with the Voluntary Planning Agreement; and (c) The Voluntary Planning Agreement, as executed, must be registered on the title of the land.
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. The terms of the voluntary planning agreement entered into in accordance with Deferred Commencement Condition 1 must be complied with.
