Common use of Voluntary Membership Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Membership. The Union agrees not to interfere with the rights of employees to become or not become members of the Union, and there shall be no disparate treatment, restraint, or coercion by the Union or its representatives against any employee exercising the right to abstain from membership in the Union and/or involvement in Union activities.
