Common use of Voluntary Membership Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Membership. Employees who are employed in the Industry for whom wages are not prescribed in this Agreement may be admitted as voluntary members of the Furnmed Sick Benefit Society or NUFAWSA Sick Benefit Society in terms of the relevant Society’s rules.

Voluntary Membership. Employees who are employed in the Industry for whom wages are not prescribed specified in this Agreement may be admitted as voluntary members of the Furnmed Sick Benefit Society or NUFAWSA Sick Benefit Society in terms of the relevant Furnmed Sick Benefit Society’s rules. Such employees shall be employed by an employer who is a member of an employers’ organisations which is party to this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement which are applicable to the Furnmed Sick Benefit Society as well as the rules of the Furnmed Sick Benefit Society shall mutatis mutandis apply to any such voluntary members of the Furnmed Sick Benefit Society.
