Common use of Voluntary Changes Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Changes. From time to time during the Term of this Agreement, either Party may submit to the other Party a written proposal requesting changes to the Process, Product Specifications, or Project Plan, but no change to the Process, Product Specifications or Project Plan shall be made except by an agreement in writing signed by the authorized representatives of the Parties (“Change Order”). CLIENT agrees to pay ▇▇▇▇ any commercially reasonable increase in cost for Process, materials or equipment associated with the agreed upon Change Order provided the cost is outlined and agreed by the CLIENT prior to the initiation of any proposed changes
