Voluntary Acceptance. Executive hereby declares Executive has read this Agreement and that, at all times in the negotiation, review and acceptance of this Agreement and Executive has had adequate time to discuss this Agreement with Executive’s personal attorney, if Executive chooses to do so. Executive fully understands and appreciates the meaning of this Agreement and Executive has executed the same of Executive’s own free will and accord, which was not procured through fraud, duress or mistake and has not had the effect of misleading, misinforming or failing to inform Executive in any way.
