Voluntary Acceptance. Employees are under no legal obligation to the District or to a college/university involved to accept a student teacher, intern, or practicum student. If the employee does accept this responsibility, he/she does so on a voluntary basis.
Voluntary Acceptance. The acceptance of the health-medical-dental insurance program is voluntary on the part of eligible employees; however, no additional compensation will be provided to those employees who are eligible and choose not to participate.
Voluntary Acceptance. 1. Employee states clearly and without any reservation that their entering into this Agreement is done voluntarily and for the purpose of taking advantage of this program offered by the University.
