Void Assignments. Any purported sale, transfer, assignment, hypothecation, pledge or other disposition or encumbrance by a Partner of any Interest in the Partnership not made strictly in accordance with the provisions of this Article VII or otherwise permitted by this Agreement shall be entirely null and void, and of no force or effect.
