Vocational Programs - General. The normal duty load for an instructor with a full-time assignment in any vocational curriculum, save for the vocational curriculum within the generic areas of Business Management, Office Administration, Health/Nursing, Adult Basic Education, and Media Resources, shall be limited as follows: ▪ the number of student contact hours per section is capped at 2240; ▪ the number of student contact hours for a full workload is capped at 17,920; ▪ the number of contact hours is capped at 24 per week; ▪ the number of contact hours for a full workload is capped at 936 per year; ▪ the number of instructional weeks is capped at 39 per year; ▪ the number of students is capped at 35 per section.

  • Educational Program a. The educational program of the School (Section 4, Subsection 6 from the original contract and unchanged here) is as follows:

  • Special Offers/Promotions Generally Where Contractor generally offers more advantageous special price promotions or special discount pricing to other customers during the Contract term for a similar quantity, and the maximum price or discount associated with such offer or promotion is better than the discount or Net Price otherwise available under this Contract, such better price or discount shall apply for similar quantity transactions under this Contract for the life of such general offer or promotion; and

  • Transfer and Seniority Outside the Bargaining Unit (a) It is understood that an employee shall not be transferred by the Hospital to a position outside the bargaining unit without his consent except in the case of temporary assignments not exceeding six (6) months. Such employees on temporary assignments shall remain members of the bargaining unit.

  • PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY (APPLIES TO RNS ONLY 19.01 The parties agree that resident care is enhanced if concerns relating to professional practice and workload are resolved in a timely and effective manner, as set out below; In the event that the Home assigns a number of residents or a workload to an individual employee or group of employees, such that she or they have cause to believe that she or they are being asked to perform more work than is consistent with proper resident care, she or they shall:

  • Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without the employee's consent. If an employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit, the employee shall retain seniority acquired at the date of leaving the unit, but will not accumulate any further seniority. If such an employee later returns to the bargaining unit, the employee shall be placed in a job consistent with the employee's seniority. Such return shall not result in the layoff or bumping of an employee holding greater seniority.

  • Services Generally Throughout the Term of this Agreement, the Contractor shall provide the Services in the Service Areas in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Orientation and In-Service Program The Hospital recognizes the need for a Hospital Orientation Program of such duration as it may deem appropriate taking into consideration the needs of the Hospital and the nurses involved.
