Common use of Visitation/Planning Clause in Contracts

Visitation/Planning. Staff members and administrators understand that, in the first year of instructing a CCP course, the teacher may have additional time requirements with the university and in curriculum development. Any teacher who teaches a CCP course may be permitted a professional day to visit the participating institution of higher education if required by the institution. • In any semester in which a high school teacher is assigned two or more different approved CCP courses, that bargaining unit member will receive two (2) planning/conference periods per day.
