Common use of Vision Care Program Clause in Contracts

Vision Care Program. The Company shall pay the premium cost of the Vision Care Plan which provides for the reimbursement of up to Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars per insured individual every two (2) years.

Vision Care Program. The Company shall pay the premium cost of the Vision Care Plan which provides for the reimbursement of up to One Hundred and Fifty ($150.00) Dollars per insured individual every two (2) years. Effective April 1, 2001, this reimbursement shall be increased to Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars per insured individual every two (2) years.
