Common use of Virtual Servers Clause in Contracts

Virtual Servers. Any period of time when Customer cannot access their hosted Virtual Server via RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol), SSH (Secure Shell), FTP (File Transfer Protocol), HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) and HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) and the server does not respond to PING/ICMP (Internet Control Message Protocol) from inside and outside of the Mezobyte network.
