VIOLATION OF RULES. If Resident, or Resident's guests, violate any rule or provision of this Addendum, Owner reserves the right to demand that Resident remove animals immediately and permanently from the leased Premises. Owner will also have all other rights and remedies set forth in the Lease Contract including, but not limited to, damages and eviction, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
