View Repairs. The Landlord may upon reasonable advance notice (of no less than 48 hours) enter the Premises accompanied by a representative of the Tenant at any reasonable time during business hours and without notice and at any time during any emergency to view the state of repair and the Tenant will repair according to notice in writing from the Landlord so to do, subject to the exceptions contained in this Article 11.
