Victim Clause Samples
The 'Victim' clause defines who is considered the affected party in the event of a loss, injury, or harm under the agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies the rights and responsibilities of the party suffering damage, such as eligibility for compensation or the process for making a claim. By clearly identifying the victim, the clause ensures that there is no ambiguity regarding who is entitled to remedies or protections, thereby streamlining dispute resolution and supporting fair treatment in the event of an incident.
