Common use of Verizon OSS Information Clause in Contracts

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Ymax through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a Ymax Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Ymax through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any Ymax Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Ymax.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Ymax ENT through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a Ymax ENT Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Ymax ENT through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any Ymax ENT Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, YmaxENT.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Ymax NL through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a Ymax NL Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Ymax NL through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any Ymax NL Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, YmaxNL.

The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a Ymax NOS Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Ymax NOS through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any Ymax NOS Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachmentbelow) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, YmaxNOS.

The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a Ymax Ygnition Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Ymax Ygnition through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any Ymax Ygnition Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, YmaxYgnition.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Ymax MMG through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a Ymax MMG Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Ymax MMG through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any Ymax MMG Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, YmaxMMG.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Ymax LNS through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a Ymax LNS Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Ymax LNS through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any Ymax LNS Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, YmaxLNS.
