Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this Section 8, in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law, Verizon grants to CLEC Party a non-exclusive license to use Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.2 All Verizon OSS Information shall at all times remain the property of Verizon. Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, CLEC Party shall acquire no rights in or to any Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3 The provisions of this Section 8.5.3 shall apply to all Verizon OSS Information, except (a) CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇ Information, (b) CPNI of ▇▇▇▇ Party, and (c) CPNI of a Verizon Customer or a CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, to the extent the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has authorized ▇▇▇▇ Party to use the CPNI. 8.5.3.1 Verizon OSS Information may be accessed and used by CLEC Party only to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party Customers. 8.5.3.2 CLEC Party shall treat Verizon OSS Information that is designated by Verizon, through written or electronic notice (including, but not limited to, through the Verizon OSS Services), as “Confidential” or “Proprietary” as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions. 8.5.3.3 Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, this Agreement does not grant to CLEC Party any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except CLEC Party’s employees, agents or contractors, in accordance with Section 8.5.3.4 of this Attachment), to access, use or disclose Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3.4 CLEC Party’s employees, agents and contractors may access, use and disclose Verizon OSS Information only to the extent necessary for CLEC Party’s access to, and use and disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information permitted by this Section 8. Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC Party’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment. 8.5.3.5 CLEC Party’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 of this Attachment), CLEC Party’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC PartySynergem’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment. 8.5.3.5 CLEC PartySynergem’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party Synergem to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party Synergem Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party Synergem shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party Synergem to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 of this Attachment), CLEC PartySynergem’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.5 Audits.‌ 8.5.5.1 Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to audit Synergem to ascertain whether Synergem is complying with the requirements of Applicable Law and this Agreement with regard to Synergem’s access to, and use and disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.5.2 Without in any way limiting any other rights Verizon may have under this Agreement or Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor Synergem’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Information which is made available by Verizon to Synergem pursuant to this Agreement, to ascertain whether Synergem is complying with the requirements of Applicable Law and this Agreement, with regard to Synergem ’s access to, and use and disclosure of, such Verizon OSS Information. The foregoing right shall include, but not be limited to, the right (but not the obligation) to electronically monitor Synergem’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Information which is made available by Verizon to Synergem through Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.5.5.3 Information obtained by Verizon pursuant to this Section

Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC PartyD-Max’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment. 8.5.3.5 CLEC PartyD-Max’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party D-Max to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party D-Max Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party D-Max shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party D-Max to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 of this Attachment), CLEC PartyD-Max’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC Party▇▇▇▇▇ Journal’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.Attachment.‌ 8.5.3.5 CLEC Party▇▇▇▇▇ Journal’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇ Journal to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇ Journal Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇ Journal shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇ Journal to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 of this Attachment), CLEC Party▇▇▇▇▇ Journal’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.5 Audits.‌ 8.5.5.1 Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to audit ▇▇▇▇▇ Journal to ascertain whether ▇▇▇▇▇ Journal is complying with the requirements of Applicable Law and this Agreement with regard to ▇▇▇▇▇ Journal’s access to, and use and disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.5.2 Without in any way limiting any other rights Verizon may have under this Agreement or Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor ▇▇▇▇▇ Journal’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Information which is made available by Verizon to ▇▇▇▇▇ Journal pursuant to this Agreement, to ascertain whether ▇▇▇▇▇ Journal is complying with the requirements of Applicable Law and this Agreement, with regard to ▇▇▇▇▇ Journal’s access to, and use and disclosure of, such Verizon OSS Information. The foregoing right shall include, but not be limited to, the right (but not the obligation) to electronically monitor ▇▇▇▇▇ Journal’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Information which is made available by Verizon to ▇▇▇▇▇ Journal through Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.5.5.3 Information obtained by Verizon pursuant to this Section 8.5.5 shall be treated by Verizon as Confidential Information of ▇▇▇▇▇ Journal pursuant to Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions; provided that, Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to use and disclose information obtained by Verizon pursuant to Section 8.5.5 of this Attachment to enforce Verizon’s rights under this Agreement or Applicable Law. 8.5.6 ▇▇▇▇▇ Journal acknowledges that the Verizon OSS Information, by its nature, is updated and corrected on a continuous basis by Verizon, and therefore that Verizon OSS Information is subject to change from time to time.

Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this Section 8, in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law, Verizon grants to CLEC Party Hypercube a non-exclusive license to use Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.2 All Verizon OSS Information shall at all times remain the property of Verizon. Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, CLEC Party Hypercube shall acquire no rights in or to any Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3 The provisions of this Section 8.5.3 shall apply to all Verizon OSS Information, except (a) CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇ Hypercube Usage Information, (b) CPNI of ▇▇▇▇ PartyHypercube, and (c) CPNI of a Verizon Customer or a CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇Hypercube Customer, to the extent the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Customer has authorized ▇▇▇▇ Party Hypercube to use the CPNI. 8.5.3.1 Verizon OSS Information may be accessed and used by CLEC Party Hypercube only to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party Hypercube Customers. 8.5.3.2 CLEC Party Hypercube shall treat Verizon OSS Information that is designated by Verizon, through written or electronic notice (including, but not limited to, through the Verizon OSS Services), as “Confidential” or “Proprietary” as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions. 8.5.3.3 Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, this Agreement does not grant to CLEC Party Hypercube any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except CLEC PartyHypercube’s employees, agents or contractors, in accordance with Section 8.5.3.4 of this Attachment), to access, use or disclose Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3.4 CLEC PartyHypercube’s employees, agents and contractors may access, use and disclose Verizon OSS Information only to the extent necessary for CLEC PartyHypercube’s access to, and use and disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information permitted by this Section 8. Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC PartyHypercube’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment. 8.5.3.5 CLEC PartyHypercube’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party Hypercube to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party Hypercube Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party Hypercube shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party Hypercube to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 of this Attachment), CLEC PartyHypercube’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Except as expressly stated in this Section 8▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇ Phones shall acquire no rights in or to any Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3 8.5.2.1 The provisions of this Section 8.5.3 8.5.2 shall apply to all Verizon OSS Information, except (a) CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇ Delta Phones Usage Information, (b) CPNI of ▇▇▇▇ PartyDelta Phones, and (c) CPNI of a Verizon Customer or a CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇Delta Phones Customer, to the extent the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Customer has authorized ▇▇▇▇ Party Delta Phones to use the CPNI. 8.5.3.1 8.5.2.2 Verizon OSS Information may be accessed and used by CLEC Party Delta Phones only to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party Delta Phones Customers. 8.5.3.2 CLEC Party 8.5.2.3 Delta Phones shall treat Verizon OSS Information that is designated by Verizon, through written or electronic notice (including, but not limited to, through the Verizon OSS Services), as “Confidential” or “Proprietary” as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions. 8.5.3.3 8.5.2.4 Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, this Agreement does not grant to CLEC Party Delta Phones any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except CLEC PartyDelta Phones’s employees, agents or contractors, in accordance with Section 8.5.3.4 of this Attachment8.5.2.5 below), to access, use or disclose Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3.4 CLEC Party8.5.2.5 Delta Phones’s employees, agents and contractors may access, use and disclose Verizon OSS Information only to the extent necessary for CLEC PartyDelta Phones’s access to, and use and disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information permitted by this Section 8. Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC PartyDelta Phones’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment8.5.2.3 above. 8.5.3.5 CLEC Party8.5.2.6 Delta Phones’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party Delta Phones to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party Delta Phones Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 8.5.2.7 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party Delta Phones shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party Delta Phones to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 8.5.3 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 of this Attachmentbelow), CLEC PartyDelta Phones’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, CLEC Party First Comm shall acquire no rights in or to any Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3 The provisions of this Section 8.5.3 shall apply to all Verizon OSS Information, except (a) CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇ First Comm Usage Information, (b) CPNI of ▇▇▇▇ PartyFirst Comm, and (c) CPNI of a Verizon Customer or a CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇First Comm Customer, to the extent the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Customer has authorized ▇▇▇▇ Party First Comm to use the CPNI. 8.5.3.1 Verizon OSS Information may be accessed and used by CLEC Party First Comm only to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party First Comm Customers. 8.5.3.2 CLEC Party First Comm shall treat Verizon OSS Information that is designated by Verizon, through written or electronic notice (including, but not limited to, through the Verizon OSS Services), as “Confidential” or “Proprietary” as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions. 8.5.3.3 Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, this Agreement does not grant to CLEC Party First Comm any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except CLEC PartyFirst Comm’s employees, agents or contractors, in accordance with Section 8.5.3.4 of this Attachment), to access, use or disclose Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3.4 CLEC PartyFirst Comm’s employees, agents and contractors may access, use and disclose Verizon OSS Information only to the extent necessary for CLEC PartyFirst Comm’s access to, and use and disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information permitted by this Section 8. Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC PartyFirst Comm’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment. 8.5.3.5 CLEC PartyFirst Comm’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party First Comm to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party First Comm Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party First Comm shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party First Comm to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 of this Attachment), CLEC PartyFirst Comm’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, CLEC Party OneStar shall acquire no rights in or to any Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3 8.5.2.1 The provisions of this Section 8.5.3 8.5.2 shall apply to all Verizon OSS Information, except (a) CLEC Party OneStar Usag▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Informationormation, (b) CPNI of ▇▇▇▇ PartyOneStar, and (c) CPNI of a Verizon Customer or a CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇OneStar Cust▇▇▇▇, to ▇▇ the extent the ▇▇▇▇Cust▇▇▇▇ has authorized ▇▇▇▇ Party authorized OneStar to use the CPNI. 8.5.3.1 8.5.2.2 Verizon OSS Information may be accessed and used by CLEC Party OneStar only to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party OneStar Customers. 8.5.3.2 CLEC Party 8.5.2.3 OneStar shall treat Verizon OSS Information that is designated by Verizon, through written or electronic notice (including, but not limited to, through the Verizon OSS Services), as “Confidential” or “Proprietary” as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions. 8.5.3.3 8.5.2.4 Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, this Agreement does not grant to CLEC Party OneStar any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except CLEC PartyOneStar’s employees, agents or contractors, in accordance with Section 8.5.3.4 of this Attachment8.5.2.5 below), to access, use or disclose Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3.4 CLEC Party8.5.2.5 OneStar’s employees, agents and contractors may access, use and disclose Verizon OSS Information only to the extent necessary for CLEC PartyOneStar’s access to, and use and disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information permitted by this Section 8. Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC PartyOneStar’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment8.5.2.3 above. 8.5.3.5 CLEC Party8.5.2.6 OneStar’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party OneStar to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party OneStar Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 8.5.2.7 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party OneStar shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party OneStar to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 8.5.3 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 of this Attachmentbelow), CLEC PartyOneStar’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this Section 8, in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law, Verizon grants to CLEC Party Mosaic a non-exclusive license to use Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.2 All Verizon OSS Information shall at all times remain the property of Verizon. Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, CLEC Party Mosaic shall acquire no rights in or to any Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3 The provisions of this Section 8.5.3 shall apply to all Verizon OSS Information, except (a) CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇ Mosaic Usage Information, (b) CPNI of ▇▇▇▇ PartyMosaic, and (c) CPNI of a Verizon Customer or a CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇Mosaic Customer, to the extent the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Customer has authorized ▇▇▇▇ Party Mosaic to use the CPNI. 8.5.3.1 Verizon OSS Information may be accessed and used by CLEC Party Mosaic only to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party Mosaic Customers. 8.5.3.2 CLEC Party Mosaic shall treat Verizon OSS Information that is designated by Verizon, through written or electronic notice (including, but not limited to, through the Verizon OSS Services), as “Confidential” or “Proprietary” as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions. 8.5.3.3 Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, this Agreement does not grant to CLEC Party Mosaic any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except CLEC PartyMosaic’s employees, agents or contractors, in accordance with Section 8.5.3.4 of this Attachment), to access, use or disclose Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3.4 CLEC PartyMosaic’s employees, agents and contractors may access, use and disclose Verizon OSS Information only to the extent necessary for CLEC PartyMosaic’s access to, and use and disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information permitted by this Section 8. Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC PartyMosaic’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment. 8.5.3.5 CLEC PartyMosaic’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party Mosaic to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party Mosaic Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party Mosaic shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party Mosaic to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 of this Attachment), CLEC PartyMosaic’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC PartyIntrado Comm’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 2.4.3.2 of this Attachment. 8.5.3.5 CLEC Party2.4.3.5 Intrado Comm’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party Intrado Comm to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party Intrado Comm Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 82; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 2.4.3.6 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party Intrado Comm shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party Intrado Comm to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 2.4.4 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 2 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 2.5.1 of this Attachment), CLEC PartyIntrado Comm’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, CLEC Party TWCIS shall acquire no rights in or to any Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3 The provisions of this Section 8.5.3 shall apply to all Verizon OSS Information, except (a) CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇ TWCIS Usage Information, (b) CPNI of ▇▇▇▇ PartyTWCIS, and (c) CPNI of a Verizon Customer or a CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇TWCIS Customer, to the extent the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Customer has authorized ▇▇▇▇ Party TWCIS to use the CPNI. 8.5.3.1 Verizon OSS Information may be accessed and used by CLEC Party TWCIS only to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party TWCIS Customers. 8.5.3.2 CLEC Party TWCIS shall treat Verizon OSS Information that is designated by Verizon, through written or electronic notice (including, but not limited to, through the Verizon OSS Services), as “Confidential” or “Proprietary” as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions. 8.5.3.3 Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, this Agreement does not grant to CLEC Party TWCIS any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except CLEC PartyTWCIS’s employees, agents or contractors, in accordance with Section 8.5.3.4 of this Attachment), to access, use or disclose Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3.4 CLEC PartyTWCIS’s employees, agents and contractors may access, use and disclose Verizon OSS Information only to the extent necessary for CLEC PartyTWCIS’s access to, and use and disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information permitted by this Section 8. Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC PartyTWCIS’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment. 8.5.3.5 CLEC PartyTWCIS’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party TWCIS to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party TWCIS Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party TWCIS shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party TWCIS to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 of this Attachment), CLEC PartyTWCIS’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC PartyNexGen’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment. 8.5.3.5 CLEC PartyNexGen’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party NexGen to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party NexGen Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party NexGen shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party NexGen to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 of this Attachment), CLEC PartyNexGen’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this Section 8, in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law, Verizon grants to CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇ Tell a non-exclusive license to use Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.2 All Verizon OSS Information shall at all times remain the property of Verizon. Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇ Tell shall acquire no rights in or to any Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3 The provisions of this Section 8.5.3 shall apply to all Verizon OSS Information, except (a) CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇ Tell Usage Information, (b) CPNI of ▇▇▇▇ PartyTell, and (c) CPNI of a Verizon Customer or a CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Tell Customer, to the extent the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Customer has authorized ▇▇▇▇ Party Tell to use the CPNI. 8.5.3.1 Verizon OSS Information may be accessed and used by CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇ Tell only to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇ Tell Customers. 8.5.3.2 CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇ Tell shall treat Verizon OSS Information that is designated by Verizon, through written or electronic notice (including, but not limited to, through the Verizon OSS Services), as “Confidential” or “Proprietary” as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions. 8.5.3.3 Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, this Agreement does not grant to CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇ Tell any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except CLEC Party▇▇▇▇ Tell’s employees, agents or contractors, in accordance with Section 8.5.3.4 of this Attachment), to access, use or disclose Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3.4 CLEC Party▇▇▇▇ Tell’s employees, agents and contractors may access, use and disclose Verizon OSS Information only to the extent necessary for CLEC Party▇▇▇▇ Tell’s access to, and use and disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information permitted by this Section 8. Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC Party▇▇▇▇ Tell’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment. 8.5.3.5 CLEC Party▇▇▇▇ Tell’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇ Tell to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇ Tell Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇ Tell shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇ Tell to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 of this Attachment), CLEC Party▇▇▇▇ Tell’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC PartydishNet’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment. 8.5.3.5 CLEC PartydishNet’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party dishNet to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party dishNet Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party dishNet shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party dishNet to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 of this Attachment), CLEC PartydishNet’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.5 Audits.‌ 8.5.5.1 Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to audit dishNet to ascertain whether dishNet is complying with the requirements of Applicable Law and this Agreement with regard to dishNet’s access to, and use and disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.5.2 Without in any way limiting any other rights Verizon may have under this Agreement or Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor dishNet’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Information which is made available by Verizon to dishNet pursuant to this Agreement, to ascertain whether dishNet is complying with the requirements of Applicable Law and this Agreement, with regard to dishNet ’s access to, and use and disclosure of, such Verizon OSS Information. The foregoing right shall include, but not be limited to, the right (but not the obligation) to electronically monitor dishNet’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Information which is made available by Verizon to dishNet through Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.5.5.3 Information obtained by Verizon pursuant to this Section

Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, CLEC Party Threshold shall acquire no rights in or to any Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3 The provisions of this Section 8.5.3 shall apply to all Verizon OSS Information, except (a) CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇ Threshold Usage Information, (b) CPNI of ▇▇▇▇ PartyThreshold, and (c) CPNI of a Verizon Customer or a CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇Threshold Customer, to the extent the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Customer has authorized ▇▇▇▇ Party Threshold to use the CPNI. 8.5.3.1 Verizon OSS Information may be accessed and used by CLEC Party Threshold only to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party Threshold Customers. 8.5.3.2 CLEC Party Threshold shall treat Verizon OSS Information that is designated by Verizon, through written or electronic notice (including, but not limited to, through the Verizon OSS Services), as “Confidential” or “Proprietary” as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions. 8.5.3.3 Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, this Agreement does not grant to CLEC Party Threshold any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except CLEC PartyThreshold’s employees, agents or contractors, in accordance with Section 8.5.3.4 of this Attachment), to access, use or disclose Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3.4 CLEC PartyThreshold’s employees, agents and contractors may access, use and disclose Verizon OSS Information only to the extent necessary for CLEC PartyThreshold’s access to, and use and disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information permitted by this Section 8. Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC PartyThreshold’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment. 8.5.3.5 CLEC PartyThreshold’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party Threshold to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party Threshold Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party Threshold shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party Threshold to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 of this Attachment), CLEC PartyThreshold’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this Section 8, in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law, Verizon grants to CLEC Party PacOptic a non-exclusive license to use Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.2 All Verizon OSS Information shall at all times remain the property of Verizon. Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, CLEC Party PacOptic shall acquire no rights in or to any Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3 The provisions of this Section 8.5.3 shall apply to all Verizon OSS Information, except (a) CLEC Party PacOptic ▇▇▇▇▇ Information, (b) CPNI of ▇▇▇▇ PartyPacOptic, and (c) CPNI of a Verizon Customer or a CLEC Party PacOptic ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, to the extent the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Customer has authorized ▇▇▇▇ Party PacOptic to use the CPNI. 8.5.3.1 Verizon OSS Information may be accessed and used by CLEC Party PacOptic only to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party PacOptic Customers. 8.5.3.2 CLEC Party PacOptic shall treat Verizon OSS Information that is designated by Verizon, through written or electronic notice (including, but not limited to, through the Verizon OSS Services), as “Confidential” or “Proprietary” as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions. 8.5.3.3 Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, this Agreement does not grant to CLEC Party PacOptic any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except CLEC PartyPacOptic’s employees, agents or contractors, in accordance with Section 8.5.3.4 of this Attachment), to access, use or disclose Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3.4 CLEC PartyPacOptic’s employees, agents and contractors may access, use and disclose Verizon OSS Information only to the extent necessary for CLEC PartyPacOptic’s access to, and use and disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information permitted by this Section 8. Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC PartyPacOptic’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment. 8.5.3.5 CLEC PartyPacOptic’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party PacOptic to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party PacOptic Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party PacOptic shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party PacOptic to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 of this Attachment), CLEC PartyPacOptic’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC PartySyniverse’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment. 8.5.3.5 CLEC PartySyniverse’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party Syniverse to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party Syniverse Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party Syniverse shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party Syniverse to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 of this Attachment), CLEC PartySyniverse’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by CLEC PartyMLTC’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment. 8.5.3.5 CLEC PartyMLTC’s license to use Verizon OSS Information shall expire upon the earliest of: (a) the time when the Verizon OSS Information is no longer needed by CLEC Party MLTC to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party MLTC Customers; (b) termination of the license in accordance with this Section 8; or (c) expiration or termination of this Agreement. 8.5.3.6 All Verizon OSS Information received by CLEC Party MLTC shall be destroyed or returned by CLEC Party MLTC to Verizon, upon expiration, suspension or termination of the license to use such Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.4 Unless sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or this Section 8 (including, but not limited to, Section 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.6.1 of this Attachment), CLEC PartyMLTC’s access to Verizon OSS Information through Verizon OSS Services shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this Section 8, in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law, Verizon grants to CLEC Party GNAPS a non-exclusive license to use Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.2 All Verizon OSS Information shall at all times remain the property of Verizon. Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, CLEC Party GNAPS shall acquire no rights in or to any Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3 8.5.2.1 The provisions of this Section 8.5.3 8.5.2 shall apply to all Verizon OSS Information, except (a) CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇ GNAPS Usage Information, (b) CPNI of ▇▇▇▇ PartyGNAPS, and (c) CPNI of a Verizon Customer or a CLEC Party ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇GNAPS Customer, to the extent the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Customer has authorized ▇▇▇▇ Party GNAPS to use the CPNI. 8.5.3.1 8.5.2.2 Verizon OSS Information may be accessed and used by CLEC Party GNAPS only to provide Telecommunications Services to CLEC Party GNAPS Customers. 8.5.3.2 CLEC Party 8.5.2.3 GNAPS shall treat Verizon OSS Information that is designated by Verizon, through written or electronic notice (including, but not limited to, through the Verizon OSS Services), as “Confidential” or “Proprietary” as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions. 8.5.3.3 8.5.2.4 Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, this Agreement does not grant to CLEC Party GNAPS any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except CLEC PartyGNAPS’s employees, agents or contractors, in accordance with Section 8.5.3.4 of this Attachment8.5.2.5 below), to access, use or disclose Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.3.4 CLEC Party8.5.2.5 GNAPS’s employees, agents and contractors may access, use and disclose Verizon OSS Information only to the extent necessary for CLEC PartyGNAPS’s access to, and use and disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information permitted by this Section 8.
