Verifying Performance. When the Consultant is providing regular on-call consultant 2 services hereunder, the County has no right to control, supervise, or direct the manner or 3 method of the Consultant’s shall perform its work and function. However, the County shall retain 4 the right to administer this Agreement so as to verify that the Consultant is performing its 5 obligations in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof.
