VERBAL AGREEMENTS OR CONVERSATIONS. No verbal agreement or conversation with any officer, agent or employee of the District either before, during, or after the execution of this contract shall affect or modify any of the terms or obligations herein contained. All changes to the contract will be in writing and amended hereto as prescribed in Section I-8.
