Vendor Logo. If DIR receives Vendor’s prior written approval, DIR may use the Vendor’s name and logo in the promotion of the Contract to communicate the availability of services under the Contract to Customers. The meeting will be held in the Austin, Texas area at a date and time mutually acceptable to DIR and the Vendor or by teleconference, at DIR’s discretion.
