Vehicles. Department vehicles shall be used for official business and in a manner consistent with applicable state travel regulations. Use of state owned or operated vehicles shall be authorized by the Chief or designee. The Chief or designee may assign Facility Management vehicles to WSP facilities to expedite responses as necessary. With prior approval of the Chief or designee, WSPSTA employees may drive state vehicles to and from their residence so long as that use is consistent with OFM regulations.
