Common use of Vehicle Code Violations Clause in Contracts

Vehicle Code Violations. Any unit employee covered in "A" above shall be required, when convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, to meet at least once with the City employees' assistance counselor for substance abuse counseling.
