Common use of Vehicle Certification Clause in Contracts

Vehicle Certification. All vehicles used by CONTRACTOR in the performance of services under this Agreement shall be in compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations including, without limitation, requirements of the California Health and Safety Code, the California Vehicle Code, and the regulations promulgated under each of them. CONTRACTOR shall maintain copies of all certificates and reports evidencing compliance, and shall make such certificates and reports available for inspection upon request by the City Representative.
