Waste Reduction and Program Implementation. Contractor shall implement the programs required by this Agreement immediately upon the Effective Date hereof. Contractor shall provide City with monthly, quarterly and annual written reports in a form adequate to meet City’s reporting requirements pursuant to the Applicable Laws. Contractor shall be responsible to prepare, or assist City with the preparation of, all reports and other information as may be required by any agency, including specifically, the State of California, in order to comply with the Applicable Laws. Contractor shall reimburse City for any costs City incurs in appearing before CalRecycle in relation thereto.
