Common use of Vehicle based test Clause in Contracts

Vehicle based test. Compliance with the requirements of the acceptance criteria of paragraph 6.4.1.3. below may be demonstrated by REESS(s) installed in vehicles that have been subjected to vehicle crash tests in accordance with UN Regulation No. 94, Annex 3 or UN Regulation No. 137, Annex 3 for frontal impact, and UN Regulation No. 95, Annex 4 for side impact. The ambient temperature and the SOC shall be in accordance with the said Regulations. This requirement is deemed to be met if the vehicle equipped with electric power train operating on high voltage is approved in accordance with UN Regulation No. 94 (04 series of amendments or later) or UN Regulation No. 137 (01 series of amendments or later) for frontal impact and UN Regulation No. 95 (05 series of amendments or later) for lateral impact. The approval of a REESS tested under this paragraph shall be limited to the specific vehicle type.
