Common use of Vegetative Debris Clause in Contracts

Vegetative Debris. Vegetative debris will first be collected and taken to an MDEQ approved facility that accepts such vegetative debris unless the City determines that a Debris Reduction Site is required. Eligible vegetative debris may include tree limbs, branches, stumps, or trees. It may also include tree limbs, branches, stumps, or trees that are still in place, but damaged to the extent they pose an immediate threat.
