VCC Live Chat. (1) Agents allocated to the project can receive and send simple text messages through the VCC Live Desk software. (2) The Subscriber can integrate the chat window for visitors into the Subscriber's website through the program code available at the User Interface.
VCC Live Chat. (1) The Subscriber's agent and its customers and website visitors can use the Service to exchange instant text messages with each other. (2) The Live Chat application allows website visitors to communicate with the Subscriber's agent through a chat window embedded in the Subscriber's web interface. (3) Using the Chat App, the Subscriber's customers can communicate with the Subscriber's agent via Instant Message (IM) applications, such as Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, which requires the use of a sub-processor as defined in Annex 6 to these GTA.
