Variation Price Request. At any time prior to completion of the Services, the Contract Administrator may issue a document titled "Variation Price Request" to the Consultant which will set out details of a proposed Variation which the Commonwealth is considering. The Consultant must immediately take all action required under any relevant subcontract in relation to each subconsultant that would be involved in carrying out the proposed Variation. Within 14 days of the receipt of a Variation Price Request (or such longer period as may be agreed by the Contract Administrator), the Consultant must provide the Contract Administrator with a written notice in which the Consultant sets out the: adjustment (if any) to the Fee to carry out the proposed Variation; and effect (if any) which the proposed Variation will have on the then current program, including each Date for Completion.
