Common use of Variation Price Request Clause in Contracts

Variation Price Request. At any time prior to completion of the Services the Contractor's Representative may issue a document titled "Variation Price Request" to the Consultant which will set out details of a proposed Variation which the Contractor is considering. Within 14 days of the receipt of a Variation Price Request (or such longer period as may be agreed by the Contractor’s Representative), the Consultant must provide the Contractor's Representative with a written notice in which the Consultant sets out the: adjustment (if any) to the Fee to carry out the proposed Variation; and effect (if any) which the proposed Variation will have on the then current program, including each Date for Completion.

At any time prior to completion of the Services Subcontract Services, the ContractorConsultant's Representative may issue a document titled "Variation Price Request" to the Consultant Subconsultant which will set out details of a proposed Variation which the Contractor Consultant is considering. Within 14 days of the receipt of a Variation Price Request (or such longer period as may be agreed by the Contractor’s Consultant's Representative), the Consultant Subconsultant must provide the ContractorConsultant's Representative with a written notice in which the Consultant Subconsultant sets out the: adjustment (if any) to the Fee to carry out the proposed Variation; and effect (if any) which the proposed Variation will have on the then current program, including each Date for Completion.
