Common use of Variation Price Request Clause in Contracts

Variation Price Request. At any time prior to completion of the Services the Contractor's Representative may issue a document titled "Variation Price Request" to the Consultant which will set out details of a proposed Variation which the Contractor is considering. Within 14 days of the receipt of a Variation Price Request (or such longer period as may be agreed by the Contractor’s Representative), the Consultant must provide the Contractor's Representative with a written notice in which the Consultant sets out the: adjustment (if any) to the Fee to carry out the proposed Variation; and effect (if any) which the proposed Variation will have on the then current program, including each Date for Completion.
