VARIATION IN QUANTITY OF UNIT PRICE WORK. The City have the right to increase or decrease the quantity of any Unit price item for which an estimated quantity is stated in the Bid Form/Design Build Entity’s proposal. The Design Build Entity shall be required to provide all quantities requested by the City for the prices provided in the proposal as incorporated into the Contract Documents.
