Variances and Waivers. A. Approval of a variance does not exempt the applicant/xxxxxx parent from meeting the intent of the requirement and may only be granted if the proposed alternative adequately protects the health and safety of children in care.
Variances and Waivers. The Master Development Plan, the Insight Development Standards and this Insight Agreement contain or contemplate certain variances and waivers from the current requirements of the Code and the customary policies of the City. These variances and waivers have been reviewed by the City and, by the approval of this Insight Agreement and any subsequent amendments or approvals related thereto, are deemed granted and approved.
