Variable Charge. As part of the Tariff, GRIDCO shall pay to the Supplier for supply of a kWh of electricity to GRIDCO, a Variable Charge determined from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Article 12 and expressed in Rupees per kWh (the “Variable Charge”).
