Van Use. The Board may use vans to transport students in accordance with the law, as long as contracted bargaining unit drivers operate the vans in accordance with all the rules and provisions set forth in this Agreement.   • System Use (a) An electronic site access system may be used on site, subject to the requirements of this statement. (b) The system operates via: (i) a facial recognition device; and (ii) an electronic gate.   • Public Use The Recipient will ensure that Infrastructure resulting from any Eligible Project that is not sold, leased, encumbered, or otherwise disposed of, remains primarily for public use or benefit.

  • Data Use Each party may use Connected Account Data in accordance with this Agreement and the consent (if any) each obtains from each Connected Account. This consent includes, as to Stripe, consent it receives via the Connected Account Agreement.
