The Agreement shall take validity upon being signed by the Parties but shall have retroactive effect from the starting date of the eligibility period laid down in the Grant Agreement. 2. The Agreement shall expire regardless of outstanding obligations which remain in effect due to its implementation and completion in the following cases:
