Common use of Valid License Clause in Contracts

Valid License. A teacher must hold a valid Kansas License to be eligible for employment. The teacher must present such license to the Clerk of the Board of Education for registration as soon as feasible after signing a contract and in no case later than one week prior to the time for entering upon his/her duties as a teacher.
