Common use of Valid Licence Clause in Contracts

Valid Licence. The Company will have the right, at its discretion, to stand down without pay an employee if, through loss of driving licence or other similar cause, is unable to perform his or her normal duties. During such a stand down period, the employee concerned may avail him or herself of any unused annual or long service leave.
