Rather than a six monthly award, it has been decided to use an ongoing incentive system to reward the efforts of our drivers. The system works as follows: July 1, 2006 is day One. On a day with no accidents causing downtime of our fleet, we move forward a day. Our targets are as follows: 125 Consecutive Days - No accidents causing downtime and no loss of clients - Bonus Level 1 245 Consecutive Days - No accidents causing downtime and no loss of clients - Bonus Level 2 365 Consecutive Days - No accidents causing downtime and no loss of clients - Bonus Level 3 Should there be an accident causing downtime on our fleet, the day after the accident will become the new DAY ONE. This is a Fleet award, not an individual award. To set a few things straight, the following scenarios should clarify any questions: NEW DRIVERS BECOME PART OF THE SCHEME FROM THEIR FIRST SHIFT.
