Valid Complaints. Complaints deemed valid regarding a teacher and made to any member of the administration by a parent, student, or any other person should be called to the attention of the teacher.
Valid Complaints. If in any month PVTA receives more than five (5) valid complaints regarding Get About service, PVTA may deduct from sums due the CONTRACTOR the amount of $500.00.
