Common use of Val Verde, TE Products and TEPPCO Midstream Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Val Verde, TE Products and TEPPCO Midstream Guarantee. Each of Val Verde, TE Products and TEPPCO Midstream hereby acknowledges and agrees that it is a Subsidiary Guarantor with respect to the 2013 Notes and is executing and delivering this Fifth Supplemental Indenture for the purpose of providing a Guarantee of the 2013 Notes, and accordingly, the obligations of each of Val Verde, TE Products and TEPPCO Midstream as a Subsidiary Guarantor of the 2013 Notes shall be governed by the Original Indenture, as amended and supplemented by this Fifth Supplemental Indenture, as may be further amended and supplemented from time to time.

Each of Val Verde, TE Products and TEPPCO Midstream hereby acknowledges and agrees that it is a Subsidiary Guarantor with respect to the 2013 2018 Notes and is executing and delivering this Fifth Sixth Supplemental Indenture for the purpose of providing a Guarantee of the 2013 2018 Notes, and accordingly, the obligations of each of Val Verde, TE Products and TEPPCO Midstream as a Subsidiary Guarantor of the 2013 2018 Notes shall be governed by the Original Indenture, as amended and supplemented by this Fifth Sixth Supplemental Indenture, as may be further amended and supplemented from time to time.
